I love judging - there are few more special days than spending them with lots of bearded collies and their people - food for thought and a feast for the eyes.

Judging in Sweden was a pleasure, the Country, the People and the Bearded Collies were all super. Jan and I had fun and there were lots of lovely Beardies ... what more could you ask for.

November 2010

I had the pleasure of judging the Belgian Bearded Collie Club's Championship Show on 7 November at Merksem - here are the BIS and BOS main winners and Club President Mark Van den Burghe. There was an entry of 66 lovely beardies to judge and a Committee who worked hard to produce a super show.

Easter 2010

Thank you to the Eastern Bearded Collie Association for the opportunity to judge at their well run Show; I thoroughly enjoyed the day and went home pleased with the quality of the bitches, a fair number good and some super; only a couple of mouths to worry about, some were a little “over presented” for my personal taste and trimmed which is a fault in the standard - a niggle but minor - the dog was not born with the scissors. I was pleased to see the winners go BIS RBIS and BPIS under the BIS judge.
